When you visit our website, your details such as domain name and e-mail address are not automatically recognized by our web server. When you visit our website, we only store the information that you have voluntarily provided. For example, when you register or when you place an order. Use of the Plant-e mobile application and online dashboard
The Plant-e mobile application ("the App") and the Plant-e online dashboard ("the Dashboard") are only accessible to customers with an active Plant-e data subscription. Login credentials (username and password) are provided directly by Plant-e.
The App and Dashboard do not collect any personal data other than login credentials required for user authentication. No additional profile information, contact details, payment information, or location data is collected through these platforms.
The App and Dashboard display sensor measurements that are part of the customer's existing contract with Plant-e. These measurements are technical data related to devices and are not considered personal data.
All communication between the App/Dashboard and the Plant-e data environment takes place via secure connections (HTTPS). The platforms do not use cookies, advertising IDs, analytics trackers, or similar technologies. No data from the App or Dashboard is shared with third parties, except with service providers who maintain or host systems on behalf of Plant-e, and only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
The app and dashboard do not request access to device permissions such as GPS, camera, microphone, or contacts, and do not process payment transactions.
Cookies
Plant-e uses cookies. A cookie is a small data file that is placed on a PC, tablet or mobile phone by an internet page. Cookies increase your shopping convenience, for example, a cookie ensures that the contents of the shopping cart are saved.
